Change of Interest Rates 18.06.2008
Notice to existing borrowers

With effect from 19th June 2008, the rate of interest for mortgages will increase by 0.19% per annum until further notice. The revised Variable Home Loan Rate (equivalent to Standard Variable Rate) will be 6.49% p.a. The revised Commercial Base Rate for non owner-occupied residential loans, will be 6.99% p.a.

Under the annual review system, this change of interest will be reflected in the revised monthly payments effective from March 2009.

This notice does not apply to any mortgage account operated by interim review. Those borrowers will be notified separately.
