The Cambridge Building Society has appointed two new Non-Executive Directors to its board: Jane Pilcher and Jonathan Spence.

Jane Pilcher is Group Treasurer for Anglian Water Services Group. A member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Mrs Pilcher brings a wealth of experience to the Society's established board.

Jonathan Spence is the newly appointed Senior Bursar for Queens' College, Cambridge. Educated at Trinity College Oxford, Mr Spence has over twenty years' banking experience and has held senior positions in City investment banks. Mr Spence was, until April 2006 a Group Director and Head of Banking of the Singer & Friedlander Group plc.
