Colin Oakman, the Society's Finance Manager assists Mark Tallack of Townsends Light Blue Cycle Centre, in presenting the three competition winners with their new bikes.
To coincide with the Society's annual staff charity day, Tour de Branch, each of the Society's 23 branches ran their own Treasure Hunt competition. The competition invited local people to guess the treasures location on a map covering the local branch network. It cost £1 to enter with all proceeds being donated to six local charities.
The runners up from each branch received a cycle helmet and the winners all received a cycling accessory pack and a helmet. All of the winners where then entered into a prize draw to determine the three overall winners.
The overall winners were Zara Higginson, age 6 from Ely, Diana Ramsay from Melbourn and Miss Walker from St Ives. They all won a brand new bike, cycle helmet and light.

The competition was kindly supported by Townsends Light Blue Cycle Centre in Chesterton Road, Cambridge, who also provided mechanical support at the Tour de Branch event.
