Staff at the Cambridge Building Society have been raising money for Breast Cancer Campaign by holding a 'pink' day on Friday 26th October. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month - and the charity is asking everyone to help them raise funds so that they can continue researching the cure for breast cancer.
Staff at the Society's Head Office in Newmarket Road paid £2 to dress down for the day and wear an item of pink clothing. There was also a "scrumptious cakes" auction and prizes for the "pinkest" person and department to boost the fundraising.
Branch staff also took part in Pink Day by selling pin badges and organising various activities within their branches.

Staff at the Society's Administration Centre go "pink" for Breast Cancer Campaign.
Commenting on the day, Jill Daniel, who works at the Society's Head Office said:
"We are pleased to raise funds for this worthwhile cause whilst providing a really fun day for our staff."
